ABOUT OUR HAUNTED HAYRIDES

The cornmaze is a great experience for families, scouts, youth groups, corporate events, birthday parties and more! You can book the maze in conjunction with a campfire hayride, educational hayride or a birthday party. Come on by for some great Halloween fun with friends and family! For the year 2009 our cornmaze theme is renewable energy sources. The maze design is a sun cascading over the rolling countryside. As you make your way through the maze you will find pictures, clues and games to make learning about renewable energy fun.

SEASONAL EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS

The maze will be open on specially selected "Flashlight Fridays" from 6pm to 10pm, with the last ticket sold one hour before closing. The "Flashlight Friday" dates are: September 12th, 19th, 26th and October 3rd. Come out and enjoy the maze a whole new way...in the dark! Come join us during the year for a variety of wonderfully fun and educational events. Here are the farm we offer events such as: * Educational hayrides * Scouting badges * Seasonal lectures and demos with hands on learning * Kids harvest series Ready for some fun? We’ve got it all at Springdale Farms…fun for the kids, great shopping for adults and the freshest produce and loveliest plants you’ll find anywhere! Pumpkin Palooza! Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 11:00am-5:00pm Sunday, September 27, 2009 from 11:00am-5:00pm Jump on the wagon and join the fun as the Garden State Discovery Museum teams up with Springdale Farms, just a mile down the road from one another, for a weekend full of hayrides, pumpkin picking and more! You can navigate through the corn maze, pick and paint a pumpkin, and enjoy a fun-filled day at two of New Jersey's favorite family attractions - all for one great price ($12 members / $15 non-members).

Our corn maze opens in September and this years theme is "Down on the Farm." As you make your way through the tractor design of the maze you'll learn all about the life of a farmer through fun pictures, clues and puzzles. We also offer pumpkin picking hayrides on the weekend from 11am-3pm; as well as private evening hayrides and campfires in a dark, wooded setting, complete with a lake.
